PERFECT DECEMBER

~ AMSTERDAM ~ LISBOA ~ ISTANBUL ~

Olá World People! Dezembro, o ultimo mês do ano, em que ano após ano se dissipa mais e mais a essência do natal. O mês em que a família se reúne para a grande ceia. Tristemente este ano será diferente de todos os outros! Será o primeiro natal que passo longe de casa. Para mim casa não é apenas o lugar físico, o meu cantinho em Lisboa, mas sim o lugar onde estou rodeado dos que mais amo. Dezembro teria tudo para ser perfeito mas se há coisa que não se compra é o tempo! Tempo esse que não tenho e por isso mesmo tive de cancelar todos os brilhantes planos que tinha para esta temporada! O plano seria viajar de Amesterdão rumo a Lisboa, ficar para o natal e depois disso partir novamente mas desta vez para Istambul para passar lá a ultima noite do ano. Só me resta conformar-me com a realidade dos factos presentes e esperar que alguma coisa muda. Acreditar é poder. Espero que tenham mais sorte do que eu e que aproveitem ao máximo os últimos dias de 2012. Bye, Oli

Hello World People! December, the last month of the year, where year after year the essence of Christmas is dissipating more and more. The month which family gathers for the great supper. Sadly this year will be unlike any other! It will be the first Christmas that I will spend away from home. For me home is not just the physical place, my little corner in Lisbon, but the place where I am surrounded by those I love. December would have everything to be perfect but one thing that can not be bought is the time! The time that I do not have and therefore had to cancel all brilliant plans I had for this season! The plane was traveling from Amsterdam towards Lisbon, stay for Christmas and then it starts again but this time to Istanbul to spend there the last night of the year. I can only conform myself with the reality of present facts and hope something changes. Belief is power. I hope you have better luck than me and have fun on the last days of 2012. Bye, Oli
