Olá World People! Como vos tinha dito no post anterior aqui está o ultimo post sobre a ModaLisboa Legacy. Esta edição encerrou em grande com a apresentação das magnificas peças esculturais e arquitectónicas de Valentim Quaresma e as colecções, tribal de Lidija Kolovrat e minimal de SayMyName. Escrevo este post um pouco nostálgico e sensibilizado por ser o fim, tendo fobia de tudo o que termina estou a perspectivar positivamente tentando conceber a máxima que sempre que algo termina algo novo se inicia. Hello World People! As I had said in the previous post here is the last post about ModaLisboa Legacy. This edition ended with a great presentation of the magnificent sculptural and architectural pieces of Valentim Quaresma and the amazing collections, tribal of Lidija Kolovrat and minimum of Say My Name. I'm writing this post a little bit nostalgic because we arrived to the end, having phobia of all that ends I'm trying to conceive positively envisage the maximum that whenever something ends something new begins. Em formato de onda, ''Wave', Kolovrat brinda-nos num ritmo contínuo com a sua colecção cheia de informação e detalhes desde a simplicidade de 'full black looks' a 'over print looks'. Na minha perspectiva o inverno é 'all about layers' mas Lidija demonstrou de forma criativa que o Verão também pode ser representado por camadas, fazendo por sua vez em alguns coordenados notar-se presente a sua ausência. Muito actual e comercial esta colecção roça no seu desenvolvimento com algumas linhas criativas de grandes designers internacionais. Sendo que algumas peças originais acabam por ser replicas criativa de algo já visto e feito. No entanto é de louvar a experiencia estética em que Lidija Kolovrat nos envoltou como se nós espectadores fossemos um dos 'wraps' que a mesma apresenta na sua colecção.

In the wave from, 'Wave', Kolovrat presents us in a continuous pace her collection, full of information and details from the simplicity of 'full black looks' to 'over print looks'. From my perspective winter is all about layers but Lidija creatively demonstrated that summer can also be represented by layers, making turn in some coordinated noted this his absence. Very current and commercial this collection in its development crush with some creative lines of major international designers. And some original pieces end up being creative replicas of something already seen and done. However it is commendable aesthetic experience in which Lidija Kolovrat wrap us as if we were one of the 'wraps' presents in its collection.

Os escaravelhos são o elemento de inspiração que levaram Catarina Sequeira a executar esta sublime, minimal, delicada mas forte colecção. Onde ilustrações gráficas criadas por Tiago Loureiro brilham a um só som ao lado do corte impecável de peças que por si só exploram profundidades assimetrias e dualidades que causam impacto a que as veste e para quem as vê. Sofisticação é a palavra chave neste processo criativo onde Saymyname passa de ser a marca nacional oriental para uma vertente mundial. No que toca a womenswear apresentado nesta edição Saymyname ganha sem qualquer duvida o titulo de melhor colecção feminina. Os sapatos da marca portuguesa xprimental entram em perfeita simbiose fazendo desta uma colecção ainda mais alusiva. Parabéns Catarina, se fosse mulher iria adorar ter inúmeras peças desta colecção no meu guarda-roupa!

The beetles are the element of inspiration that led Catarina Sequeira to perform this sublime, minimal, delicate but strong collection. Where graphical illustrations created by Tiago Loureiro shine to one side of the sound flawless cutting parts that alone exploit asymmetries and depths dualities that impact that wears them and to those who see them. Sophistication is the key word in this creative process where SayMyName goes from the nation eastern brand to a worldwide dimension. When it comes to womenswear presented in this issue SayMyName win without any doubt the title of best female collection. The shoes from the Portuguese brand Xperimental come into perfect harmony making this an even more allusive collection. Congratulations Catarina, If I was a woman I would love to have numerous pieces from this collection in my wardrobe!

'ILLUSION' é a coleção temática que Valentim Quaresma nos trouxe nesta edição. É sempre um momento alto o desfile das fantasticas peças de Valentim não só pela sua beleza mas pelo envolvimento artistico. Abordando a adaptação das espécies, mimetismo e a transmutação. Cria-se uma ilusão entre o objecto criativo e os seus materiais, as formas e os seus comportamentos a nível anatomico no corpo dos modelos e com resultando um novo olhar sobre a natureza a evolução e tudo aquilo que é orgânico. Parabéns Valentim!

Get to see the  fantastic pieces, not only for its beauty but for artistic involvement. Addressing the adaptation of species, mimicry and transmutation. It creates an illusion between the creative subject and materials, shapes and behaviors to their anatomical level in the body of the resulting models and a new look at the nature of evolution and everything is organic comes out.
